Our Process

PCC handles each client with care and commitment to ensure that we reach the highest level of customer satisfaction. We are able to customize our process to the client’s requirements regardless of the size of the company.


Phone or face to face discussion to get information on the company and hiring needs. To understand the difficulties to hire for the position and the required job specification.


Start to prospect and evaluate potential candidates. Profile submission and interview arrangements will be done at this stage.


Once interview cycle is completed, feedback will be obtained from the client. For positive feedback we will proceed with short listing and referral checks. We may assist with negotiation and offer on behalf of the client.

Final Touch

We will perform follow up with the client and candidate after the candidate reports for duty to ensure smooth transitioning.
